A love for Monett and basketball has resulted in Division 1 attention coming to town on June 19 and 20. Missouri State basketball coach Dana Ford is bringing his basketball camp to Monett to help spread the love for a game that has elevated him to the highest level of coaching.

The Apparel Program will hold Thrifty Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 15 at the Life360 building, 801 N. Lincoln in Monett, (the old Cox Monett Hospital building). The event will offer designer and better name brand clothing at garage sale prices. All sizes are available for men, women and children. Clothing items include formal wear. The event is a fundraiser for The Apparel Program.
