Structure fire destroys building

At9:57p.m.Wednesday, May 24, the Monett Rural Fire District was dispatched to a structure fire near the intersection of Farm Road 1070 and Farm Road 2210. Rural Fire Chief Brandon Pennington said firefighters arrived at the scene to find a 59-foot by 59-foot outbuilding fully engulfed in flames.
