Friends at odds on best method to stay in touch
I have a much younger friend in another state, and we like to keep in touch. I prefer email, as I’m elderly, hard of hearing and look after my husband, who is having cognitive problems. I have no household help. My husband and I are both on restricted medical diets that require cooking most meals from scratch and we both have many medical appointments. Therefore, my free time is limited.

Burial followed at the Marionville IOOF Cemetery.

Members of the Monett School Board approved a new Kubota maintenance tractor purchase from Crown Power and Equipment in the amount of $28,000 with the trade-in of the 2015 Farmall, valued at $30,000. According to Steve Garner, operations director, the Farmall had been in the shop several times and was in need of replacement.
