City of Monett proposes $43.5 million budget

The Monett City Council will introduce its budget for the 2017-2018 fiscal year, beginning April 1, at the monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 21, calling for spending of $43.5 million and a major investment in capital improvements.
