An 18-year-old suffered moderate injures in a wreck Thursday morning on Highway 39, two miles north of Shell Knob. Brandt Vice, 18, of Shell Knob, was traveling southbound on Highway 39 when his vehicle, a 1999 Mercury Cougar, went off the left side of the road. A 33-year-old Miller woman was seriously injured Wednesday after being ejected from her vehicle in a one-car wreck on Highway 39, two miles south of Mt. Vernon. Micah Owens, 33, of Miller, was traveling southbound on Highway 39 when her vehicle, a 1995 Chevrolet Suburban, ran off the right side of the roadway and overcorrected.
