Harold Carl Wendler, age 81, of Stotts City, died at 11:10 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 11, at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Joplin. A memorial service, under the direction of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 16, at the Original Assembly of God Church on the Loop in Mt. Vernon.
