Building Board takes rare action in demolition issue (06/17/10)
The Monett Building Board, assembling for only the second time in the past 16 months, met this week at the Monett Justice Center and ordered the demolition of a house on Marshall Hill that had a major fire in September. The Monett Police Department participated in the national "Click It or Ticket" mobilization conducted May 24 to June 6. According to Sergeant Dennis Camp, Monett officers issued a total of 96 traffic summons and warnings.
