Rose Katherine Hilton, age 86, of Aurora passed away at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, at the Aurora Nursing Center. She was born Feb. 2, 1937, in McIntire, Iowa, the daughter of Ivan and Helen (Anderson) Minnis.

James Leroy Garner, age 80, of Mt. Vernon, passed away at 11:07 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. He was born Feb. 21, 1943, in Lawrence County, the son of Herbert and Josephine (McGehee) Garner.

Alonda Sue Cantrell, age 61, of Marionville, passed away at 12:39 p.m. Monday, Aug. 21, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She was born Jan. 2, 1962, in Lamar, the daughter of Bryson and Darlene (Wilson) Logan.

Adline M. Bartkoski, 85, of Pierce City, passed away Monday, Aug.

Dale Anthony Andrus, age 85, of Aurora, departed his loving family on Friday, Aug. 25, 2023, at his home.
