Judge Sifferman serving Monett Municipal Court
Judge Scott Sifferman has been tapped to take the bench for Monett’s Municipal Court in the wake of Judge Victor Head’s retirement. Judge Head officially welcomed Sifferman to the municipal court with a traditional passing of the gavel on Tuesday, March 28, Head’s final day on the job.

Grant helps kids post signs sharing info on pivotal places A group of Monett High school students, under the guidance of teacher Amy Sampson and local historians, have completed a community service project that sheds light on some of the area’s more historic locations.
