Purdy freshman Nathan Harris (left) and senior M’kena Propps (right) will be competing against students from across the nation at the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) National Leadership Conference this June in Chicago. Harris and Propps were among 16 Purdy students who recently competed at the FBLA State Leadership Conference in Springfield, where Harris placed third in Intro to Business Concepts and Propps placed third in Client Service. The Purdy FBLA Chapter competes under the advisership of Kay Wright and Emily Kooi, the latter of whom will be joining Harris and Propps in Chicago. Contributed photo
