Mary Kathleen Steele, 100, of Monett, died Wednesday, May 11, at Lacoba Homes in Monett. Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 17, from 6-8:00 p.m.

Doris “Kay” Dacy, age 76, of Pierce City, Mo., passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Mt. Vernon Place Care Center in Mt. Vernon, Mo. She was born in Pierce City, Mo., on Saturday, December 8, 1945, the daughter of Joe C. and Millie (Stark) Young. She married James “Jim” Richard Dacy on December 22, 1962, in Neosho, Mo. Mrs. Dacy attended Pierce City High School. She enjoyed phone calls and visits with friends and family. Mrs. Dacy was a homemaker and loved watching “her” television shows.
