Bishop E.V. O’Hara of Kansas City at center used a trowel to place mortar on the top of the sealed copper box containing diaries of hospital workers since 1944, a list of Sisters, physicians, Auxiliary, lay advisory board members and donors, along with a Bible, crucifixes and medals.
