Home News MHS Speech and Debate head to state MHS Speech and Debate head to stateApril 9, 2024News The Monett High School Speech and Debate students scored second place at the MSHSAA Debate competition and will head to state competition. The students also placed in dual and individual competition as well. Rosi Sung and Mareli Hernandez placed third in Duet Acting, Pablo Amador and Evan Patterson placed fourth in Duo Interpretation, Gavin Hagerman placed seventh in International Extemp, and Quincy Hartwigsen placed seventh in Original Oratory.
