Wilburn Wilson, age 87, of Aurora, passed away at 1:09 p.m. on March 17, at Cox Hospital in Monett. He was born Feb. 9, 1937, in Crane, the son of Enoch Washington and Ruby (Salkil) Wilson.

On Aug. 29, 1958, he married Patsy Sue O’Brien in Mt. Vernon. She preceded him in death on April 18, 2014.

Wilburn is survived by his eight children; 18 grandchildren; 15 greatgrandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.

Wilburn was preceded in death by his parents, Enoch, and Ruby; his wife, Pasty; three sisters; and five brothers.

A visitation was held on March 20, at Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora. A memorial service followed in the funeral home chapel.
