Home News Falling in love with fall Falling in love with fallSeptember 30, 2022News As the temperatures cool and the leaves start changing color, October Calendar Girl Claire Nation is happily celebrating her favorite season by choosing a pumpkin from Hale's Fall Harvest, located at 841 E. Hwy. 60 in Monett, to carve for Halloween. This Monett High School senior is the daughter of Beth and Robert Nation and sister to Doss. She has two pets, a Golden-doodle, Gator, and a kitten named Chai. Her hobbies include reading, painting, golf, swimming, tackling mountains of homework, shopping and hanging out with her friends. Claire works part time at Bernie's Floral, and is active on the school golf and swim teams, as well as serving as key Club president, secretary of StuCo and being a member of National Honor Society. In the meantime, she is busy planning this year's costume for trick-or-treating and a marathon classic Halloween movies to enjoy for this spooktacular fall season.
