Burnside students host Christmas recital

Piano students of Ruth Burnside recently hosted a Christmas recital, with Burnside opening the festivities by playing “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.”

Performances included: “Jingle Bells,” “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” “Angels We have Heard on High,” “Joy to the World,” “Jolly Old St. Nicholas,” “We Three Kings,” “Away in a Manger,” “Last Christmas,” “Silver Bells,” “O, Christmas Tree,” “Silent Night,” “The First Noel,” “O, Little Town of Bethlehem,” “What Child is This,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Auld Lang Syne,” and “My Fancy Tap Shoes.”
