Several reach donor milestones

American Red Cross blood drive sees 62 donors

A total of 62 donors recently participated in the American Red Cross blood drive, held Aug. 17 at Freewill Baptist Church in Monett.

Three people reached milestone marks for donations, with Marilyn Bell reaching the 13-gallon mark; Cheryl Morris reaching the five-gallon mark; and Susan LeMaster reaching the one-gallon mark.

Among those donating were: Carl Carlson, Jeffery Gates, Karen Herkelman, Richard Hurt, Jeffrey Kuhnert, Marlene Mareth, Julius Abramovitz, Melanie Allen, Nora Barrientos, Donna Beckett, Chelsea Bradley, John Beckwith, Sandra Brown, Mabel Brubacker, Mary Brubacker, Ruth Brubacker, Sarah Brubacker, Walter Brubacker, Roy Cash, Terri Casper, Jeffrey Ceperley, Robin Ceperley, Michelle Cornell, Helen Davis, Latricia Davis, Timothy Farmer, Clara Fields, Courtney Garner, Angel Garoutte, Howard Gentry, Kathryn Hammen, Douglas Harris, Samuel Helmkamp, Maxwell Houghham, Angela Johnson, Judy Kitchen, Randy Kristek, Cynthia Martin, Nancy Noll-Meyer, Brittie Oakley, Lana Reavis, Paul Renfro, Lyla Salsman, Christina Shaw, Kimberly Smith, Brenda Stanley, Teri Valentine, Ronnie Veith, Catherine Vieira, Juli Wesolek, Thomas Wesolek, Ken Saloga, Bob Mareth and Sherry Bounds.

Refreshments were provided by Schreiber Foods and Price Cutter Supermarket in Monett.

Donors also received $5 Amazon cards as gifts.

The next blood drive will take place Oct. 19 at First Christian Church in Monett.
