OACAC Head Start opens enrollment for fall sessions
Children ages 3 or 4 meeting income requirements eligible
Applications are being accepted for the Head Start program runs by the Ozark Area Community Action Committee (OACAC).
For sessions beginning in August, parents may sign to have children attend sessions. head Start is a high quality preschool/childcare program for young children. Head Start provides medical and dental care, meals, bus transportation to half-day centers and a learning experience. Transportation assistance is available for families meeting income requirements.
Full day, extended day and half-day sessions are available. Children must be between ages 3 and 4 prior to Aug. 1, 2017. Homeless children and children in foster care automatically qualify.
