The Lady Cubs are fresh off of a second place achievement at East Newton, where they finished just four points behind the host school.

“We competed well at this track meet, but I know we were sore and tired from the Nixa meet on Tuesday,” said Kelly George, Monett track coach. “We just missed scoring in a couple of events which would have helped our team score. I am proud of the effort the girls give day after day and can’t wait to see how we finish the season.”
