Monthly Sheep and Goat Auction for 01/05/17

Receipts:  1589    Last Month:  1334    Last Year:  1640

   Supply was good and demand was very good. 
All markets were mostly steady compared to last month. Supply included 
8 percent slaughter ewes and rams, 27 percent slaughter and feeder lambs,
37 percent kid goats, and 17 percent bucks and does. 
All prices are per hundred weight (CWT) unless noted otherwise. 

SHEEP:
Feeder Lambs: Medium and Large 1-2 23-38 lbs 200.00-225.00. 

Slaughter Lambs: 
Wool lambs:

Hair lambs:
