Ada R. Nalley, age 58, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2013.
Mrs. Nalley daughter of Lloyd and Leona (Coin) Brown was born on July 18, 1955 in Monett, Mo. On Aug. 15, 2004 she was united in marriage to Robert Nalley. Mrs. Nalley worked for Wells Aluminum in Monett for 10 years before retiring. She enjoyed working on needle point, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Nalley, of Purdy; her mother, Leona Brown, of Monett; one son, Robert Brown, of Monett; three daughters, Stephanie Rice and her husband Shane, of Pierce City, Tabatha Crowe, of Monett, and Elizabeth Filyan and her husband Anthony, of Owensboro, Ky.; two step daughters, Tammye Place, of Exeter, and Janet Dixon and her husband George, of Stella; 17 grandchildren; one sister, Rita Hoyer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Tom Patrick, and one sister Peggy Winsea.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 30, 2013 at the White Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Copley officiating. Burial will follow at Arnhart Cemetery in Purdy. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013 at the funeral home.
