The 2013 Purdy High School Homecoming Queen will be crowned on Friday, Feb. 1 during the evening's basketball games. The first game begins at 5:30 p.m. The queen and her court will preside over the evening's events.

This year the Eagle Backers athletic department support organization invites past Purdy graduates to wear their Purdy letter jackets or sweaters to the homecoming games. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: oldest Purdy jacket or sweater; Purdy jacket or sweater that traveled the farthest; and married couple with both present wearing Purdy jackets, and married the longest.

A registration table will be set up outside the gym for those wearing Purdy letter jackets or sweaters.
