Several authors had their works available in downtown businesses as part of Broadway Nights. Karla Phelps, author of the "Yama the Llama" books, shared one of her books with Abbey Gaines at The Trunk.

Broadway Nights has long provided a showcase for creative work of all kinds. In addition to authors, Autumn Desmuke, of Springfield, offered quilling (paper filligree) products, ranging from an angel and Christmas ornaments to handcrafted buttons and quilling supplies.
