CRIMINAL CASES

The following pleaded guilty or were found guilty of the charge(s) listed.

* Kevin M. Armstrong, DWI. Suspended 30-day jail sentence, probation for one year, perform 40 hours community service and pay $117 arrest cost recoupment.

* Todd J. Cypher, nonsupport. Suspended imposition of sentence, probation for two years.

* Jacob F. Howerton, domestic assault. Suspended imposition of sentence, probation for one year.

* John R. Mangold, endangering the welfare of a child and supplying liquor to a minor. Suspended 30-day jail sentence, probation for one year.

* Matthew H. Wilken, DWI, suspended 30-day jail sentence, probation for one year, perform 40 hours community service and pay $98 arrest cost recoupment; failure to signal turn, fined $50; and no seat belt, fined $10.

* Joshua Alan Grose, littering, fined $150.

* Joseph P. McPherson, no valid operator's license, amended from felony driving while license was revoked. Suspended 30-day jail sentence, probation for one year, perform 20 hours community service and pay $100 Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.

* Daniel Hans-Jurgen Ziegler, trespassing. Suspended 30-day jail sentence, probation for one year, perform 10 hours community service, not enter a certain business and pay $50 LERF.

The following waived preliminary hearings. The cases were bound over to circuit court.

* Hristo K. Hristov, assault.

* Alex Reid Matar, burglary and stealing.

* Michael D. Simpson, stealing firearm.

* Michael William Parker, armed criminal action and burglary.

* Shiela A. Benson, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
