Receipts: 457 Last Week: 638 Last Year: 474
Compared to last week, slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher
and slaughter bulls sold steady on a light test. A very high percent
of the offering went to slaughter which also included about 11 percent
dairy cows and bulls. Good supply of bred cows. Supply and demand were
moderate for slaughter classes.

Bred Cows: Medium and Large 1-2 2-7 yrs 2nd and 3rd stage 980-1445
lbs 900.00-1235.00, short and solid 750.00-1000.00, 1st stage 1000-1400
lbs 825.00-1160.00; Medium 2 2-7 yrs 2nd and 3rd stage 500-830 lbs
435.00-860.00.
Cow/Calf Pairs: Medium and Large 1-2 3 yr 1190 lbs with 250 lb
calf 1350.00, broken mouth 1100 lbs with 100 lb calf 900.00.
