A Monett man and a Stotts City woman were hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Nov. 16.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Angel Wright, 34, of Stotts City, was driving her 2009 Dodge Journey SUV south on Highway 37, one mile south of Butterfield at 6 p.m. Her vehicle struck the rear end of a southbound 2002 Buick LeSabre, driven by Anthony Daniels, 19, of Monett. The Wright SUV traveled of the left side of the road.
Both of the drivers were wearing safety belts and were not injured. Miranda Nute, 15, of Stotts City, a passenger in the Wright SUV, who was also wearing a safety belt, received minor injuries and was transported to Cox Monett Hospital for treatment.
