Receipts:  638   Last Week:  562    Last Year:  617

   Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows sold 1.00-2.00 higher and slaughter 
bulls sold 1.00-2.00 lower. A very high percent of the offering went to 
slaughter which also included about 20 percent dairy cows and bulls. Very few 
bred cows and pairs were in the offering. Supply and demand were moderate for 
slaughter classes.

   Bred Cows:  Medium and Large 1-2  2-7 yrs 2nd and 3rd stage 1150-1330 lbs 
990.00-1200.00, 1st stage 1110-1325 lbs 950.00-1085.00; short and solid 2nd 
stage 910.00-975.00 per head

   Cow/Calf Pairs:  Medium and Large 1-2  short and solid  pkg 1000 lb cows 
w/150 lb calves 1100.00 per pair.
