St. Lawrence Catholic Church Fall Feast will be held on Sunday, Nov. 4 at the parish hall, sponsored by the St. Lawrence Church Parish Council of Catholic Women. Liberty United Methodist Church will hold a chili supper from 4:30 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3. All-you-can-eat chili or stew will be served with a dessert and drink for $6 for adults and $3 for children ages 3 to 12. The church is located three miles north of Monett on Farm Road 1090.

A roast turkey luncheon will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Tom Wolfe Memorial Post #4207, VFW, on Highway 60, west of Monett. The meal includes turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, salad, dessert and beverage. No meal will be served on Nov. 21.
