A Monett firefighter was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Leland Doss, 57, of Monett, received minor injuries while responding to a firefighter call in his 2008 Dodge Ram pickup, Doss was driving north on Farm Road 1090, four miles north of Monett, and overtaking a 2001 Plymouth Neon, driven by James Mondragon, 24, of Cassville.
