Margaret Josephine (Crowley) Curtis, 72, of Pierce City, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012 at her home. She was born on April 6, 1940 in Springfield, Mo., the daughter of the late Oscar and Stella (Harbor) Beyer.
She was a retired substitute teacher and a member of the New Site Baptist Church in Monett.
Margaret is survived by one son, Edward Crowley, of Versailles, Ky.; two daughters, Juanita Crow, Clever, Mo. and Belinda Henson, Pierce City; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both her parents, Oscar and Stella.
A memorial service for Margaret will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012 at 2 p.m. at New Site Baptist Church in Monett, Mo. with Rev. Aaron Weibel officiating.
