Receipts: 448 Last Week: 520 Last Year: 414
Compared to last Monday, breaking and boning slaughter cows sold 1.00-2.00
higher while lean cows sold steady and slaughter bulls sold 1.00-2.00 higher
on a light supply. Most of the offering went to slaughter. There was a very
light supply of both bred cows and cow/calf pairs with most bred cows in the
first and second stage. Supply was light to moderate and demand good for
slaughter classes.

Bred Cows: Medium and Large 1-2 3 yrs to short and solid mouth most 2nd and
a few 3rd stage 1010-1325 lbs 1000.00-1225.00, 1st stage short and solid mouth
1100 lb indiv. 780.00. Large 1-2 6 yr 3rd stage 1420 lb indiv. 1075.00. Medium
and Large 2 2-7 yrs most 2nd and a few 3rd stage 935-1140 lbs 925.00-1000.00.
Medium 1-2 2 yrs to short and solid mouth 1st and 2nd stage 815-1050 lbs
885.00-1075.00.
Cow/Calf Pairs: Medium and Large 1-2 2 yrs to short and solid mouth 915-
1300 lb cows w/babies to 185 lb calves 1200.00-1400.00. Medium 1-2 4 yr 815 lb
cow w/210 lb calf 1175.00; broken mouth 885 lb cow w/225 lb calf 850.00.
