   Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows sold 2.00-3.00 lower and slaughter
bulls sold 3.00-4.00 lower. Along with lower receipts the quality of all classes
of cattle was limited today. The offering of bred cows and cow/calf pairs was
very light. Much of the area received from one to three inches of rain over the
weekend along with cooler temperatures. Supply and demand were moderate for
slaughter classes.
