A Pierce City woman sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 4:45 a.m. on Sept. 16 on County Road 2030 three miles west of Monett.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened when the driver of a 2010 Jeep Cherokee, Lindsey Dieckhoff, 20, of Pierce City, traveled off the left side of the road, struck a utility pole and the vehicle caught fire. She was transported by private vehicle to Cox Hospital in Monett. The driver was wearing a seat belt.
* Grant Watson, 57, of Copell, Texas, suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 10:25 a.m. on Sept. 16. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on I-44, four miles west of Mt. Vernon when Watson ran off the roadway and struck a median cable. He was taken to Mercy McCune Brooks Hospital in Carthage. The driver was wearing a seat belt.
* A one-vehicle crash happened at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 15 on Missouri Highway 76, seven miles east of Cassville. The crash occurred when the driver of a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, Amanda Hohmann, 23, of Shell Knob, drove off the left side of the roadway and struck an embankment. Hohmann suffered moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The driver was not wearing a seat belt.
* One person suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 2 p.m. on Sept. 13 on Highway 76 in Cassville. The crash happened when the driver of a 1999 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup, driven by Nathan Haney, 19, of Cassville, attempted to make a left turn and pulled into the path of a 1997 Ford F150 Pickup, driven by Allen Chandler, 51, of Cassville. Chandler struck the Haney vehicle. Chandler suffered minor injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital in Cassville. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
