Monett Chamber of Commerce ambassadors were on hand to welcome new owner Jerry Thomas, of Thomas Towing and Recovery, formerly Ed Jones Wrecker Service.
The business is located at 101 E. Dairy St. in Monett. Thomas is the grandson of the late Ed Jones and the son of Burl and Jo Ann Thomas, past owners of Ed Jones Wrecker Service, which has been serving the community since 1932.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held July 2.
