Exhibit Honors Doctors

An exhibit recognizing the contribution of the Phillipine doctors and their families to life in Monett is now on display at the Monett Museum, located at 705 E. Broadway. The exhibit includes photos of Doctors Andres Apostol, Sergio Crus, Victor Occeno, Arturo Montellano and the late Frank Esparrago. Artifacts from the Philippines were provided by the Apostols. Shown below, from left, are: Andres and Naty Apostol, Linda Esparrago, Arturo and Terry Montellano. The display will be at the museum through the month of August. Hours at the are 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
