Lions chicken barbecue will still be held

In spite of the fact that the July Fourth celebration at Monett South Park has been cancelled, the Monett Lions Chicken Barbecue will still be held on July 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the South Park across from the Casino building. The meal includes half a chicken, beans, bread, and drink for just $6.00 at the door. Funds raised go 100% to charitable causes.
