JHA introduces iBizManager

Monday, June 18, 2012

Monett-based Jack Henry and Associates (JHA) has introduced a new software product, iBizManager, as part of its Internet and mobile banking solutions.

The new service supports commercial customers of banks with secure, anytime-anywhere access to their accounts. The iBizManager funds transfer and bill payment capabilities, issues alerts and other services.

Banks using iBizManager can expand their mobile offering by combining the functions of two other JHA solutions, the NetTeller Cash Management and iPay Biz 2.0 business bill paying products for use on an iPad.

"The business of banking has evolved from brick and mortar to the Internet, Smartphone and tablets," said Pete Hopkins, general manager of Internet solutions for JHA. "Today's consumers expect to conduct their banking business anytime and anywhere, so mobile banking is becoming a must-have financial service.

"Banks need a progressive mobile strategy for their retail and business customers, and they need a secure technology to drive that strategy," Hopkins continued. "We are the first technology provider to develop and deliver a sophisticated downloadable tablet application that completely mobilizes cash management and business bill pay. This cutting-edge solution will generate tangible benefits for our bank clients and ultimately for their commercial customers."

Tony Wormington, JHA president, said using a tablet device for banking with the broad capacity offered by other JHA solutions will become a high demand solution for customers. He expects iBizManager will become "a key component of diverse mobile banking strategies."
