Monett High School students volunteered for a number of community service projects on May 23, including one-on-one visits, music and other activities with the residents of Benchmark Healthcare in Monett. "Our community is blessed with such an abundance of youth showing an interest in giving," said Darlene McPheely, admissions and marketing representative for Benchmark Healthcare. "The simplest things can make such a tremendous difference in the lives of others." Those participating in the event are pictured above.
