Pierce City library staff are accepting local veterans photos for display on the Memorial Day bulletin board. Photos can be dropped off during business hours.

The Crafternoon Delights Book Club for adults and older teens will hold its first meeting at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5.

New DVDs at the library include: To Kill a Mockingbird, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn part 1, Home on the Range, and Goodnight for Justice: the Measure of a Man.

A new book on CD is "The Witness" by Nora Roberts.

The library has one children's easy book, "Fancy Nancy and the Mermaid Ballet," by Jane O'Conner; and one LP mystery, "Defending Jacob" by William Landay.

Other titles include: "Unnatural Acts: a Stone Barrington novel" by Stuart Woods; "Ordeal of the Mountain Man" by William Johnstone; "The Innocent" by David Baldacci; "True Sisters" by Sandra Dallas; "What Doesn't Kill You" by Iris Johansen; "The Wind Through the Keyhole" by Stephen King; "Crystal Gardens" by Amanda Quick; "The Witness" by Nora Roberts; "Miss Julia Paints the Town" by Ann B. Ross; and "Breaking News" by Fern Michaels.

The library is open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
