Stephanie Chipman, director of career services, was recognized with the Frederick B. Mumford Outstanding Staff Award. The award honors a CAFNR staff member who sustains excellence in their work duties, supports the mission of the college, and is innovative, cooperative and a leader among staff peers.
Chipman and her husband, Wayne, who is the assistant vice chancellor of development at the University of Missouri, reside in Columbia with their sons, Collin and Bennett.
Chipman is the daughter of Fred and Cheryl Chapman and the granddaughter of Gene Kluck, all of Pierce City. She is a graduate of Pierce City High School.
