   Compared to last Monday, slaughter cow sold steady to 1.00 lower and
slaughter bulls sold firm to 1.00 higher. Many of the slaughter cattle were
carrying extra fill. A high percent of the slaughter cows were cull dairy
cows. The supply of take-home cows was light with only a few scattered bred
cows and cow-calf pair. Supply was moderate and demand good for slaughter
classes.
