The Pierce City Branch Library has added DVDs to its shelves. They include: The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe; Cyberbully: Words Can Hurt; Veggie Tales: If I Sang a Silly Song; Anonymous; Fred 2; and Alleged.

New titles for young readers include: "Lucky Beans" by Becky Birtha; "Sylvia Jean, Scout Supreme" by Lisa Ernst; "How Rocket Learned to Read" by Tad Hills; and "Memoirs of a Goldfish" by Devin Schillian.

New adult fiction titles include: "The Dressmaker" by Kate Alcott; "Into the Darkness" by V.C. Andrews; "Sonoma Rose, an Elm Creek Quilts Novel" by Jennifer Chiaverini; "Five Flavors of Dumb" by Antony John; and "Lone Wolf" by Jodi Picoult.

New mystery titles include: "Cinnamon Roll Murder" by Joane Fluke; "Victims: an Alex Delaware Novel" by Jonathan Kellerman; and "Celebrity in Death" by J.D. Robb.

New youth titles include: "Librarian on the Roof!" by M.G. Pierce City Branch Library has a new children's coordinator, Georgia Roskelley.

Regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
