   Compared to last Monday, early slaughter cow sold 1.00-3.00 lower with
later sales retuning to steady to 1.00 lower. Slaughter bulls sold steady
on a light supply. A high percent of the offering went to slaughter and in-
cluded a large number of cull dairy cows. The supply of both bred cows and
cow/calf pairs was light. Supply was moderate and demand moderate to good
for slaughter classes.

1450.00-1550.00, 1st stage 855-1330 lbs 925.00-1185.00; short and solid
mouth to aged 2nd and 3rd stage 1115-1250 lbs 900.00-1100.00. Large 1-2  2

1025-1100 lb cows w/160-350 lb calves 1100.00-1225.00. Large 1-2  broken mouth
1655 lb cow w/185 lb calf 1650.00. Medium 1-2  4-5 yrs 750-800 lb cows w/345-
395 lb calves and rebred 1225.00-1450.00, 5 yr 975 lb cow w/newborn calf
