An Aurora man was injured in a single-vehicle wreck that occurred on Friday on Farm Road 1210 about one mile south of Aurora.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 2:21 a.m. when the driver of a 2008 Dodge Charger, Clayton D. Breidenstein, 22, of Aurora, ran off the roadway and struck a culvert, a fence and a utility pole.
A passenger in the vehicle, Zachary T. Christiansen, 22, was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield with moderate injuries.
Other crashes
* A Shell Knob woman was injured in a crash that took place at 8 p.m. on Saturday on Highway 39 in Shell Knob. The crash occurred when the driver of a 2002 Chrysler Sebring, Marilyn C. Deppe, 59, of Shell Knob, ran off the roadway and struck a guard rail. The vehicle re-entered the roadway and struck another guardrail before overturning. Deppe was taken to St. John's Hospital-Cassville with minor injuries.
* Constance E. Robinson, 26, of Seligman, was injured in a single-vehicle wreck that occurred at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday on Highway 37 about one mile south of Seligman. The wreck occurred when the driver of a 1988 Chevrolet pickup, Christopher Dutton, 23, of Garfield, Ark., drove off the right side of the road and struck an embankment. Robinson was taken to St. John's Hospital-Cassville with minor injuries.
