"We played a near perfect first half," said Pierce City coach Tiffany Dirks. "It seemed like we hit every shot we took. We played with great effort, and I was proud of the girls."
The Lady Eagles led 42-17 at halftime.
"We lost a little bit of our intensity in the second half," said Dirks, "however, we kept our composure and earned the victory."
Megan Golubski led the Lady Eagles with 21 points. Krishna Merriman and Kaelyn Osborn finished with 14 points each.
Pierce City travels to Lamar on Friday. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m.
