The Pierce City Branch Library has added new items to the shelves including two new CD books, "Zero Day" by David Baldacci and "The Litigators" by John Grisham.
New DVDs include: Kids with Differences; A Christmas Wedding; Nonna Tell Me a Story; Lidia's Christmas Kitchen; The Nutcracker; The Untold Story; Sundays at Tiffany's; Plaza Sesamo: Me Gusta ser Yo; Disciplina; Ensenando Limites con Amor; Flag of My Father; Captain America, The First Avenger; Discipline: Teaching Limits with Love; A Child With Special Needs; Winnie the Pooh; and Cars 2.
Two new books have been added in adult fiction. They are "11/22/63" by Stephen King and "1105 Yakima Street" by Debbie Macomber.
"The Outcasts" by John Flanagan has been added to the young adult fiction section. New titles for the youngest readers include: "La Pequena Locomotora Wue si Pudo" by Watty Piper and "All Kinds of Friends, Even Green!" by Ellen B. Senisi.
During November, young patrons are invited to color a turkey for the Thanksgiving bulletin boards. After coloring the turkey, the patrons will receive a free book.
