Cindy Stephens finally took a break from helping manage the estimated 350 to 400 guests at the eighth annual Festival of Flavors Tuesday night to sample Shaun Bennett's Denali Dreams specialty, "Missouristroni" soup. Vendors representing over 15 area businesses offered bite-sized samples of their specialty entrees and desserts just in time for holiday feasting. Participating vendors included: The Cookie Factory by Barnabas; Camp Barnabas; Alice Irene's Restaurant; Mazzio's Pizza; Dairy Queen; Maggie Mae's; Little Caesar's Pizza; Dairy Farmers of America; The Bayou; Southwest Area Career Center's Culinary Arts class; the Monett Chamber of Commerce; Middleton's All Natural Meats; Mocha Jo's; Cox Monett Hospital; Denali Dreams and Walmart.
