Grief seminar planned

An "Understanding Grief" and "Help for the Holidays" open seminar will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at St. John's Hospital-Aurora.

The Tri-County Pregnancy Resource Center is partnering with Center for Life Coaching and Counseling and the Mercy St. John's Hospital in Aurora to bring a seminar on grief to the community. The seminar will focus on those that have suffered the loss of a loved one and give a brief summary of grief and then some tips on how to survive the holidays.

The seminar is open to the public and will be held in the Carol Morris conference room at the hospital in Aurora. The speakers will be Judith C. Adams, MS, LPC, NCC Center for Life Coaching and Counseling, LLC.
