Rose Ann Knott, age 86, of Monett, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011, at her home in Monett, MO. She was born on Aug. 7, 1925, in Pulaskifield, MO, the daughter of the late Joe and Rose (Bartkoski) Wrobleski.

She was united in marriage on May 13, 1950, to Robert Knott in Pulaskifield. He preceded her in death in September 2001.

She was a homemaker and a graduate of Pierce City High School. She was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Monett where she was a member of the Altar Society.

Rose is survived by one son: Tommy Knott and wife, Tootie, Pierce City, MO; two daughters: Betty George and husband, Jim, Pierce City, MO; and Patsy Kruse and husband, Larry, Sarcoxie, MO; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Rosary service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011, at 6 p.m. with visitation to follow until 8 p.m. at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, MO. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at 10 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Monett with Father Paul McLoughlin and Father Peter Morciniec officiating with burial to follow services at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Pulaskifield, MO.

Memorial donations may be made to the Catholic Masses or the Children's Miracle Network.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, MO.
