The family of Homer and Alcy Burton, Sr., met at the Monett City South Park for a reunion on Sept. 24.
The meal was provided by the third and fourth generations, leaving the second generation to enjoy the meal and visit.
Robert and Phyllis Burton celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. It was announced that Homer and Alcy Burton had nine children and three have died. They are: Jimmy, Clarence and Homer, Jr.

The 2012 reunion will be held on Sept. 8, 2012.
